Frankfurt Zoological Society and INRENA have initiated a Jaguar Monitoring Program in Manu National Park. The Project aims to gather information on population and survival rates using photographs taken by visitors.

You can help us to identify and monitor individual jaguars by sending any photographs you take of jaguars to jaguar@szfperu.org

Please include details of the sighting, location (ask your guide for details) and name of the company and your guide.

We will inform you of the history of your jaguar and you will be able to keep updated of new sightings on our Webpage:

Bienvenido al Parque Nacional Manu.
La Sociedad Zoológica de Francfort e INRENA han iniciado aquí un Programa de Monitoreo de Jaguar. Este Proyecto tiene como finalidad recoger información sobre el número de jaguares y su capacidad de supervivencia, utilizando las fotografías que tomen los visitantes.

Tú puedes ayudarnos a identificar y monitorear jaguares, enviándonos algunas de tus fotos al e-mail: jaguar@szfperu.org

Por favor, incluye tus datos personales completos, el lugar de avistamiento (puedes preguntar a tu guía), la agencia de viajes que te llevó al Manu y el nombre del guía.
